Hermes Integration (“the app”) is a personal assistant operated solely by Christopher Stevens. This policy describes how the app accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
The app is used only by Chris on devices he owns. It is not provided to other users.
With OAuth consent, the app may access Gmail (read, send, and modify), Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Contacts. Access is limited to the Google account Chris authorizes.
Google user data is used only to carry out tasks Chris requests: reading or sending mail, listing or creating calendar events, searching Drive, reading or writing spreadsheets and documents, and looking up contacts. Data is not used for advertising, analytics products, credit decisions, or training public AI models.
OAuth tokens are stored on Chris’s local systems so the app can refresh access. Message, calendar, file, and contact content may be held briefly in memory or in local logs while a task runs. The app does not keep a separate cloud copy of Google user data.
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except as needed to complete a request Chris makes (for example, sending an email to a recipient he names) or if required by law.
Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
